The Buncher Company has several riverfront properties available for lease that are suitable for the transfer of bulk materials between barges, trains and trucks.

The Buncher Rail-River-Truck Terminal at Mile 14.3 on the Ohio River at Leetsdale, Pennsylvania near Pittsburgh, with its 2,500-foot steel-piling dock, is one of the largest on the inland waterways. Railway access is provided via Norfolk-Southern. A nearby 25-acre site on the Ohio River along CSXT lines can be outfitted to meet customer requirements.
